Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:

  • In the case of a purchase contract, on which you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods.

  • In the case of a contract for several goods ordered together and delivered separately, on which you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

  • In the case of a contract for the delivery of goods in several partial shipments or pieces, on which you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece.

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Swaileap OÜ, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example, a letter sent by post or an email.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

3. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

For the reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged any fees because of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

Return of Goods

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed.

Liability for Diminished Value

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods only if this loss in value results from handling that was not necessary to inspect the condition, properties, and functionality of the goods.
