Until that time, the order remains non-binding.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices displayed on our website are stated in euros (€) and include German VAT at 19%.

Shipping within Germany is included in the price unless stated otherwise.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Bank transfer. 

The total amount will be charged using the selected payment method after the order has been completed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship all products through a German fulfilment provider to ensure fast and reliable delivery within Germany.

  • Delivery time: Within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs: Delivery within Germany is free of charge. Shipping costs, taxes, and VAT are included in the price.

  • Address changes: The delivery address cannot be changed after the order has been shipped.

  • International shipping: For deliveries outside Germany, please contact us directly for information about shipping costs and delivery times.

6. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, please contact us by email and provide your order details.

The goods must be returned in their original condition, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

The withdrawal period begins on the day the goods are delivered.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided that the items are returned in their original condition.

8. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of Swaileap OÜ until full payment has been received.

Ownership is transferred to the customer once payment has been completed in full.
